Where Hope Become a New Beginning
New Beginnings A New Way of L.I.F.E. was founded with a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves the opportunity to begin again.
Rooted in compassion, faith, service, and community, we are committed to walking alongside individuals and families facing hardship, instability, and life-changing transitions. Our work is centered on restoring dignity, rebuilding hope, and connecting people with the support, resources, and opportunities they need to move forward.
Serving communities throughout Robeson, Columbus, and Bladen Counties, New Beginnings is more than an organization—we are a growing movement of people who believe that circumstances do not have to define a person’s future.
Through supportive services, community partnerships, education, life skills, wellness, housing initiatives, and the future Restoration & Hope Village, we are creating pathways toward stability, purpose, and lasting transformation.
Because sometimes, all a person needs is the opportunity to begin again.

Ivy N. Kearney
Founder & Executive Director
Ivy N. Kearney is the Founder and Executive Director of New Beginnings A New Way of L.I.F.E., a community-centered organization rooted in compassion, faith, restoration, and the belief that no circumstance should have the final say over a person’s future.
Her vision extends beyond meeting immediate needs. Through New Beginnings and the development of Restoration & Hope Village, Ivy is working to create pathways where individuals and families can heal, rebuild, rediscover purpose, and move toward lasting stability.
For Ivy, this work is deeply personal: it is about seeing people, believing in their potential, and helping create the opportunity for a true new beginning.
